面向高校退休教职工及校友的养老地产开发模式

摘要：结合实际养老地产项目策划，提出一种面向高校退休教职工及校友等具有圈层文化特点的高知老龄群体的学院式养老地产开发模式。在分析养老地产市场发展、项目区位条件、开发商诉求和学院式养老客群特点及其养老需求的基础上，详细介绍该开发模式的项目定位、融资方案、合同结构、运营和营销模式等，为面向具有类似圈层文化的老年客群的养老地产开发提供思路和参考建议。
